The patient came to us with severe pain along the entire arm, as well as numbness, neurological deficits, and muscle atrophy. After a very careful initial assessment, we were able to differentiate several serious conditions and rule out “red flags.”
After just five sessions, the first improvements in neurological deficits became noticeable. Within three weeks, there was significant progress in motor function and a marked reduction in shoulder blade deviations. By the fifth week, neurological deficits had improved significantly. After eight weeks, muscle strength was fully restored, along with the complete recovery of all neurological functions.
The treatment was primarily passive, with only a small amount of active therapy required
The previously recommended lifestyle modifications and home exercises were further refined and specifically adapted to the patient’s needs.
Patient: 42 years.
