The entire rehabilitation according to the return to work and return to sport criteria, including the follow-up after 2 years, was documented in detail and will be summarized in a case study soon. In the current phase, the neurological symptoms were the key point for continuing the rehabilitation. The history, as well as the symptoms and the physical examination, showed a very clear pattern without any signs of Red Flag’s or other serious diseases. Thanks to our detailed assessment, we were able to identify the issue, which was later confirmed by an MRI scan, and we proceeded with a conservative treatment approach. All information regarding serious concerns was communicated to the patient carefully and explained in detail.
All neurological specialists advised immediate surgery. This is not a negative report against conventional medical decisions, but simply demonstrates a successful conservative recovery, which is further supported by the latest research.
The complete rehabilitation involved both passive and active therapy and lasted up to two months, followed by patient education and check-ups
